The QVC-2 pneumatic vacuum feeder conveys materials by generating a high vacuum through a vacuum generator driven by compressed air, eliminating the need for a mechanical vacuum pump. It offers a simple structure, compact size, maintenance-free operation, low noise, convenient control, elimination of static electricity in materials, and full compliance with GMP requirements. It is automatic feeding equipment for tablet presses, capsule filling machines, dry granulators, packaging machines, mills, vibrating sieves and other machinery.
When compressed air is supplied to the vacuum generator, negative pressure is created to form a vacuum air stream; the material is drawn into the suction nozzle, forming a material-air flow, and is conveyed through the suction pipe into the hopper of the feeder. The filter completely separates the material from the air. When the hopper is full, the controller automatically cuts off the air supply, the vacuum generator stops working, and the hopper door opens automatically so that the material falls into the hopper of the downstream equipment. At the same time, compressed air automatically cleans the filter through the pulse back-flush valve. When the set time elapses or the level sensor sends a feeding signal, the feeder restarts automatically.
